Ron Blicksilver, the owner of NeedTechs.com has posted several websites on the Internet which contain slander and lies about  Mike Alich.  Ron Blicksilver likes to run his fat mouth and has nothing to back up what he says.

This website has been created to give you insight into the truth behind the lies he has been spewing and in addition the site will  provide proof which will back up what we say.  Ron lives in his own delusional world, to the point that he actually believes in his own mind that whatever garbage is currently flowing from his fat mouth is the truth and somehow everyone will believe him. 

Ron Blicksilver OWNER of NeedTechs.com, anyone can run their mouth and spew garbage and lies.  Anyone can post a webpage or website containing lies.  If any of what you are saying in your emails and websites is actually the truth, then why don't you include some "documented" proof to substantiate what your are saying like we have done here?  So far you have not!

We would like to say a special thanks to Adam Culp of UniqueWebsites.com for helping Ron Blicksilver create, design and host the many websites which contain the lies and slander.  Adam Culp of Unique Websites approves of what Ron Blicksilver of NeedTechs.com is doing.  He referees to these websites as "Informational" .  Adam Culp has no proof whatsoever as to the validity of the information contained in these websites and refuses to take them down regardless.   Does your Mail Order Russian Wife Know what You're Doing Adam?

TAX FRAUD
A few years back Ron Blicksivler of NeedTechs.com was convicted of tax fraud by the IRS.  Now if your wondering why, well Ron Blicksilver was trying to be slick and not pay his taxes by hiding money in an offshore account in the Bahamas.  Do you think an honest and  legitimate company would do this?

After leaving the employ of Need Techs Mike Alich started his own automotive employment website (Just like Ron Blicksilver did in 1999), Ron Blicksilver filed a lawsuit claiming Mike Alich stole his database because he worked for him.  During this lawsuit Ron Blicksilver has made many harassing phone calls to family members of Mike Alich which are not involved in the case.  In January 2008, Ron Blicksilver called Mike Alich's wife making demands for a check to be written to him in the amount of $350,000 or he was going to file a lawsuit against her and include her as part of the theft in his online slander sites to ruin her image and reputation.

Well Ron Blicksilver carried out his blackmailing threats with his new website AutoJobsHiresAThief.com.  He makes false statements that Mike Alich's wife was working collectively with him to help steal his database.  This is not only a lie, but an attempt of Ron Blicksilver to trash Mike Alich's wife's image and reputation because she would not write him the $350,000 check he demanded.   We will not be Blackmailed Ron Blicksilver!

Ron Blicksilver has finally realized this website was wrong and full of lies and has taken it offline to hide his wrong doing.  But we captured the website page in pdf format in the event he would do this to show you what kind of person Ron Blicksilver really is.

NEEDTECHS.COM BREAKS THE LAW!
In February of 2008, Ron Blicksilver calls Mike Alich's wife impersonating a Palm Beach County Sheriff's officer and made threats about possibly going to jail.  This caller blocked his number, never identified himself and when asked for his name he hung up.  We know this was Ron Blicksilver of Need Techs because the person impersonating the officer was asking specific questions about the lawsuit only he knew.

Mike Alich was employed with NeedTechs.com from February 1st 2006 to May 16th, 2006.  After leaving Need Techs Mike Alich decided to start a new and better Automotive Employment website called AutomotiveJobsOnline.com.  The difference between Mike Alich and Ron Blicksilver was that Mike Alich never signed a non-compete agreement like Ron Blicksilver did and was currently under for 5 years when he started his automotive employment business NeedTechs.com.

Ron Blicksilver did not like the fact that he was out done with a better website and business model and shortly after he learned of Mike Alich's new business he filed a civil lawsuit on October 17th, 2006 in an attempt to shut down his new business.  In this lawsuit Ron Blicksilver knowingly filed written testimony with the courts which contained lies and below we are going to address each of these lies and will show you Ron Blicksilver knowingly lied to courts and judge in an underhanded attempt to make Mike Alich look bad.

The statement filed below are of public record and can be obtained from the Palm Beach County Courthouse if needed.

(8) "While working for the Plaintiff, the Defendant launched his own website known as automotivejobsonline.com."

Now for the truth:
Mike Alich (The Defendant) worked for NeedTechs.com from February 1st, 2006 to May 16th, 2006.  AutomotiveJobsOnline.com was launched approximately 2 months later in July 2006.   If you search the WayBackMachine on Archive.org you will see that the first official under construction page went up on July5th, 2006 and the site was not live until August 13th, 2006.

Now who's who has been telling lies...

(9) "Defendant stole and embezzled Plaintiff's protected e-mail lists and solicited Plaintiff's customers and advertisers."

Now for the truth:
Any and all email address were obtained from the Internet.  You can go to any website on the Internet and find contact email addresses for just about any business on the Internet.  Just like Ron Blicksilver of NeedTechs.com did when he started his business and continues to do so today.

And yet, another lie to the courts...

Mike Alich also ran many keyword advertisements on Yahoo.com, Google.com and MSN.com to bring additional traffic to the website.

(10) "Defantant, after leaving the employ of Plaintiff caused Plaintiff's websites to shut down."

Now for the truth:
Over the years Mike Alich had known Ron Blicksilver and he had managed his website domains and maintained his websites.  After leaving Need Techs  Ron Blicksilver had 1 remaining invoice for the domain name renewals for needautojobs.com and needautobodyjobs.com and some additional work preformed on his websites in the amount of $107.25.  This invoice was sent to Ron Blicksilver of Need Techs each month for a 3 month period.  Because Ron Blicksilver did not need Mike Alich anymore he disregarded the 3 invoices sent and became 90 days past due.  So Mike Alich did what any business would do when you do not pay your bill and temporarily turned off the domain names.  Apparently Ron Blicksilver thought Mike Alich did not have control of those domains and that's why he ignored the invoices and did not pay the bill.

Closing comments:
Ron Blicksilver filed his civil lawsuit on October 17th, 2006.  The above statements made in paragraphs (8) and (10) were obviously lies given the proof provided here.  Ron Blicksilver knew this at the time he filed his civil lawsuit, but still he went ahead and outright LIED to the courts and judge to try make Mike Alich out as the bad guy.

First off, for the owner of a company to post lies and slander in multiple websites to damage a persons reputation on the Internet has no morals, decency or respect for anyone and is a company you should stay away from.  You never know, you may his next websites.

The above site is Need Techs newest slander site and blackmailing of his competition.  Ron Blicksilver states that within the first 30 days of employment Mike Alich had copied the Need Techs database.  And to add fuel to the fire, now he adds that Mike Alichs wife was working collectively with him.

This is a complete lie.  If Mike Alich had copied the Need Techs database within the 30 days of his employment, then why was Mike Alich allowed to work for Need Techs until he resigned on May 16th, 2006.  That's 4 1/2 months after the database was so called "copied" and need techs was aware of this within the first 30 days of his employment.

Yet another lie from Need Techs / Ron Blicksilver!

Need Techs claims his competitor hired Mike Alich to use the so called "copied" database.  Mike Alich is not employed nor has even been employed by this competitor or any other competitor of Need Techs.  This competitor bought the the traffic to the website automotivejobsonline.com and linked from it while it is up for sale.  The mention of the merger on the home page was to prevent confusion when a web surfer clicked on a link and was transferred to the competitors website.

Need Techs now has resorted to Blackmailing his competitor with this website.  If you read the 3rd paragraph from the bottom, Need Techs makes threats if his competitor does not have Mike Alich take down some so called lies then he will publish the site.  Need Techs carried out the blackmail threat and his competitor has no control over anything that Need Techs asks because Mike Alich is not associated with the competitor.  Another cheap blow to a competitor and blackmail from NeedTechs.com.

This is an easy one.  Ron Blicksilver / Need Techs tries to appear diplomatic and honest with the opening headline "THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH".  Everything written in this website is the furthest from the TRUTH.

This is Need Techs way to try and clean up the mess they are in.  The were caught for fraudulently manipulating there Alexa.com website traffic rankings and using them for a selling tool to take advertisers money.  For more details on this scam, visit JobSiteScams.com.

Ron Blicksilver makes the statement "Alexa and Quantcast, etc. Mr. Alich’s Website has never placed on most of the major ranking search engines".  As of May 12th, 2008 Ron Blicksilvers sites  (NeedTechs.com, NeedAutomotiveJobs.com) average 8,000 - 10,000 unique visitors per month, while AutomotiveJobsOnline.com averages over 30,000 unique visitors per month and the site is non-operational and is up for sale.  Now who's site is hasn't placed on the search engine?  Yep, needtechs.com and needautomotivejobs.com.  So much for being the largest and most experienced..
